Downtown Public Parking

The City of Richland's downtown public parking is free, but time-restricted in many locations. Each parking area's time limits are posted at the entry to the parking lot or street. (See Richland Municipal Code 11.04 and Richland Municipal Code 11.30.015 for details)

Free public parking lots are located at:

  • 1001 Jadwin Ave., Richland, WA 99352
    • on the corner of Jadwin Avenue and Lee Blvd. (in front of 3 Margarita's)
  • 634 Jadwin Ave., Richland, WA 99352
    • The Parkway (2-hour restricted)
  • 815 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99352
    • along Knight St., next to John Dam Plaza
  • 80 Lee Blvd., Richland, WA 99352
    • west of Howard Amon Park
  • 500 Amon Park Dr., Richland, WA 99352
    • Richland Community Center
  • 975 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99352
    • north of John Dam Plaza
  • 1301 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99352
    • The Uptown Shopping Center

Parkway and Uptown business owners may apply for special parking permits for commercial vehicles that are used for service delivery by contacting Parks & Public Facilities, 509-942-7336.
